For example, we come across successful Agents all the time that have built their entire business off of Zillow leads, yet other agents who do well with other programs, for some reason don't do well with Zillow. Our system is 100% hands off until we have a live lead on the line to send you, but Before we even put you on the phone with someone, we'll take them through our qualification process.
We don't use artificial intelligence to work your leads. We have our own dialing/ISA team in-house that will work and qualify each lead on your behalf.
By the end of that conversation, that lead could either be considered "qualified" or "unqualified"
Depending on if they are a Buyer or Seller, each lead is asked:
Once our ISA's have completed qualifying the lead, as long as the lead is considered qualified, we're going to attempt to connect you with them.
Prior to doing that, we'll put the lead on hold and give you a quick call.
If you have the time to talk to the lead, we'll brief you in on the conversation we had with them and then merge the calls.
Once we merge the calls, we'll introduce you to the lead and let you two take it from there.
Missed the call or don't have the time to speak to the lead? No worries, we'll book a time that you and the lead are both available for you to give them a call back.
Afterwards, you/your team will get a notification about the lead with the notes that we had taken.

Absolutely! If you want ONLY sellers, we can make it happen. All of our Seller leads get qualified by our own ISA team and either will be live transferred or booked to an appointment on your calendar. We have clients going on listing appointments within their first couple weeks in the program.
Before a lead gets sent to you, we ask: address of current home, timeline to sell, reason for selling, beds & baths of current home, have they done any renovations in the last 5 years, how would they rate the home on a scale of 1-10, and are they currently working with a Realtor.
We do offer where you can just pay a referral fee on closed deals. That being said, you do have to qualify for this as we are a lot more selective if we're only getting paid when the deal closes. If you're a newer agent, or don't have that much experience closing deals, unfortunately this is not something that would make sense for us to offer to you, and hopefully you can understand that.
First off if you're saying this to yourself, please understand that this is not an expense. Marketing done right is an investment and doesn't cost you anything. That said, we have different prices and packages for different budgets and situations. We even have options where you only pay a referral fee, and even in some cases we'll offer a trial period to test it out.
It also comes down to what kind of volume you're looking to do. For example, pricing and our conversation will be different if you're a solo agent looking to add just 3 deals to your pipeline every month, vs. if your goal was to add 5-8. Same thing if you're a team of 2 looking to go from 30 deals/year to 50, vs. a team of 10 looking to go from 200 deals a year to 300.
In the end, it all comes down to the situation, and we'll come up with a catered solution around that if it makes sense for both parties.

We can line them up, but it's up to you to knock them down. This is probably not what you want to hear, but the conversion rate is entirely dependent on the agent. I'm sure you could agree that you could give 2 agents that same set of leads with the same script and get 2 entirely different results.

In a nutshell, the fact that our leads have short timelines and the live transfers & appointments are vetted pretty extensively before we push them to you is what we feel sets us apart. You'll see above some examples of live transfers & appointments that we've done for our partners, but most importantly look at the call notes as that shows a true quality conversation was happening and we're not just pushing everyone through.

That said, there are absolutely certain markets we avoid (Los Angeles and Manhattan to name a couple) because we want to make sure that those we work with, we know we can deliver for.
We wouldn't take you through a demo of our service if you're in a market that we don't work in as it would be a disservice to both parties.

Yes. We have multiple pricing options - between paying a monthly fee, or paying when a deal closes and being part of our referral network.
If you prefer paying when a deal closes and want to be part of our referral network, there would still be a monthly investment. This amount would be smaller than our normal monthly prices, and is there to cover our hard costs. This is a great option for those who would prefer to come on board at a lower monthly amount.
We also structure it this way so you have some skin in the game with us. We've found those that don't pay anything, won't value it, and we want to make sure those that are apart of our referral network, are as committed to this as us, since we both wouldn't make money if you aren't.
