Nope, we don't use artificial intelligence here! Instead, you'll get access to our In-house ISA (inside sales agent) Team, which each lead will get qualified by. Each ISA is professionally trained by a Real Estate Agent on staff. The leads generated are each asked a set of qualifying questions and based on their answers, by the end of that conversation, that lead could either be considered 'qualified' or 'unqualified'.
Depending on if they are a Buyer or Seller, each lead is asked:
Once our ISA's have completed qualifying the lead, as long as the lead is considered qualified, we're going to attempt to connect you with them.
Prior to doing that, we'll put the lead on hold and give you a quick call.
If you have the time to talk to the lead, we'll brief you in on the conversation we had with them and then merge the calls.
Once we merge the calls, we'll introduce you to the lead and let you two take it from there.
Missed the call or don't have the time to speak to the lead? No worries, we'll book an appointment on your calendar instead.
Afterward, you/your team will get a notification about the lead with the full lead notes and appointment time (if one was booked)
FAQ's:
Unfortunately, no. While I'm sure this sounds like a great option for you, it just doesn't make sense for us.
To provide some context - First off, we wouldn't actually start to profit until the 3rd or 4th closed deal, and that's assuming that the Client puts in the effort towards a product that they aren't even paying for. It's essentially us investing in your business, and while we can guarantee we'll do the work on our end, we can't guarantee or control what will happen once we send that lead to you.
It's also is extremely hard for us to know what's happening with the leads. We know this to be true because we've tried running a referral program in the past, and dealt with agents rarely updating us, and hiding deals from us. The "big companies" are able to effectively audit this because they have full-time employees on their staff that check tax records. Overall, it is no longer something we offer, and we believe our current pricing structure is more cost effective for both parties.
First off if you're saying this to yourself, please understand that this is not an expense. Marketing done right is an investment and doesn't cost you anything. That said, we have different prices and packages for different budgets and situations. We even have options where you can test it out with a trial.
It comes down to what kind of volume you're looking to do. For example, pricing and our conversation will be different if you're a solo agent looking to add 3 deals to your pipeline every month, vs. if your goal was to add 5-8. Same thing if you're a team of 2 looking to go from 30 deals/year to 50, vs. a team of 10 looking to go from 200 deals a year to 300.
Our team will help you figure out what makes the most sense, based on the type of volume you're looking to do, as we'll provide you estimates for the amount of qualified leads our team will send you for every dollar you put in. Keep in mind, we can always start out small for you to see what the quality looks like, and crank your spend up over time.
We offer month to month options. You can also pause and unpause whenever and however many times you'd like.
We have an ISA team in house that is actively trained by a Real Estate Agent on staff. Our team will call and text the leads on your behalf. Once we get a hold of them, we ask them about 5-7 qualifying questions.
As long as we didn't unqualify them, we will then either live transfer them to you, or alternatively book them to an appointment on your calendar if you're not available to take the call. What's important to note, is we DO NOT use artificial intelligence, these are real people qualifying your leads.
We can line them up, but it's up to you to knock them down. This is probably not what you want to hear, but the conversion rate is entirely dependent on the agent. I'm sure you could agree that you could give 2 agents that same set of leads with the same script and get 2 entirely different results.
That being said, our platform does a great job connecting you with leads that have short timelines (3 Months or less). For this reason, a lot of our clients that follow the everything correctly are getting deals under contract or at a minimum going on showings or listing appointments in their first 30 days
Absolutely! If you want ONLY sellers, we can make it happen. All of our Seller leads get qualified by our in-house ISA team and either will be live transferred or booked to an appointment on your calendar. We have clients going on listing appointments within their first couple weeks from signing up.
Before a lead gets sent to you, we ask: address of current home, timeline to sell, reason for selling, beds & baths of current home, have they done any renovations in the last 5 years, how would they rate the home on a scale of 1-10, and are they currently working with a Realtor.
We get it, our CEO is a Real Estate Agent as well, and you're constantly being solicited and have "seen it all"
First off, we believe one of the main differentiators for us is we have a coach on staff, who has been a Client of ours for over 2 years, that's closed over 60+ deals in that time just from our leads, that will show you what he does to be successful using our program.
Second, our leads have short timelines and the live transfers & appointments are vetted pretty extensively before we push them to you. There's a lot of other systems out there that claim they "qualify" the lead, but their version of "qualified" you'll probably disagree with. Plus, we use real humans to qualify your leads, and not aritificial intelligence.
Overall though, we've found the best way to answer this question is over a demo with us on Zoom. This way we can break down the program so you can effectively compare it to what you're doing now, done in the past, or have seen from others. We'll also pull up some Client accounts to show you the type of leads we're sending them.
A live transfer is when we called a lead, we qualified them, and asked if they had a few minutes to speak to you. If yes, we'll then put them on hold, call you up, tell you about the lead, merge the calls, introduce both of you, and let you do what you do best.

We run advertising in tons of different markets throughout the United States. Everything that we deploy for our partners has been proven and tested. That said, there are absolutely certain markets we avoid (Los Angeles and Manhattan to name a couple), because we want to make sure that those we work with, we know we can deliver for.
If you're in a market we don't think our product would perform well in, we will be the first to let you know, and in your best interest, we wouldn't take you on as a client.
